Resolution 2490
United States: draft resolution
Establishment of an Evo-free zone in all regions of the Earth
The Security Council,
Recalling its resolutions previously documented on all Evo matters pertaining to national and planetary security. 1745 (1951), 1792 (1955), 1835 (1960), 1852 (1961), 1874 (1963),
Expressing its concern at the renewed fervor of Evos to take roles of immense power in governments around the world in our time of weakness and rebuilding,
Emphasizing that all of the problems that led to humanity's need and reliance on the Evo race, including overpopulation, famine, drought, the ravaging of resources, and lack of space due to overpopulation, have all been soundly and permanently solved by the great works of the Cyprus Collective,
Stressing the committee's stance that Earth belongs to humanity, and in the new age wonders of space travel and god-like entities walking in our midst, this stance must not be lost in the romantic deifying of beings that in all manner, including physically and socially, have chosen in their own nomenclature, aspiration and behavior to no longer be seen as human but instead a superior race evolutionarily destined to rule humanity,
Also recalling the thousands of human lives lost on the moon at the hands of the Evo Brock Danton, for which no action toward nor call for his arrest has been made, he instead is considered a hero and presumably continues to council world leaders on policy concerning space travel and the Evo population,
Recognizing the study done claiming Evos would rather leave this Earth than stay, proving a 52% majority of Evos would exist more comfortably living amongst their own kind segregated and recognized as a state in their own right,
- Proposes a humanitarian effort of this committee and the member states here represented to create an Evo-free zone across all regions of Earth by funding a mandatory evacuation of all test-confirmed Evos from all represented member states to the remaining Space Barge in New Babel for deportation;
- Ratifies the "Evo Containment and Deportation Act," allowing member states to empower military and para-military organizations within their domains to legally test, detain, and deport individuals who have qualities that would lead officials to believe that they are Evos;
- Encourages member states to fund and then utilize the research being done in America, this research being means by which the soldiers of humanity may have in their possession tools to nullify Evo abilities to ensure humanity's safety if certain Evos, as unlikely as it is, decide to resist detention and deportation;
- Supports the full and total enactment of the above procedures, despite the resistance of Evos who have taken roles in leadership amongst human establishments; it has been decided by this committee that these permissions, initiatives, and actions are indeed what is truly and mostly beneficial, for not only human-kind, but also for the visiting population of Evos that has now overstayed their welcome.
